Schilling

Schilling:
My
name is Sam Davis and I am for a long time now, a big advocate and
reader of WND. It is my home page in fact. I read with interest
your story about Mr. Farah joining Glenn Beck on his tour and that
is a great idea. This correspondence is one that I hope you will
pass on to Mr. Farah. I emailed him several years ago when Hillary
Clinton sued him in an effort to assist him, however he was not very
interested. I hope this email will get to him as he begins to
“speak” out around the country. What catches my eye in your story
is that Mr. Farah is going to speak on the 1st “Amendment” “right of
free speech and free press”. This is great except for 1 VERY
IMPORTANT MATTER. THERE IS NOT SUCH THING AS A 1ST AMENDMENT! Our
founding fathers were brilliant and they were very well versed in
law and contracts, including trusts. Contract and Trust #1 was:
The Articles of Confederation; #2: The Declaration of
Independence; #3: The Constitution FOR the United States of
America; and last but NOT the least, #4: The Bill of Rights. Now
if you will go back and look at the original Bill of Rights you will
find that said “bills” were in fact ARTICLES, just as in the
Articles of Confederation and the Constitution. An Article,
according to the LAW Dictionary is defined thusly: A separate and
distinct part of an instrument or writing; one of several things
presented as connected to or forming a whole. A particular object .
. . . . . Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th edition. Articles: a
connected series of propositions; a system of rules. Black’s Law
Dictionary, 6th edition, Page 111. My point is this: in a
contract, one has terms, conditions, sections, etc., “articles.”
Amendments to that contract are contained within and made
appurtenant to that contract document. My postulation and question
for you and Mr. Farah, with all due respect is this: in what
Constitution of or for the United States have you ever seen
amendments attached, within, or appurtenant to the CONSTITUTION? In
my life and experience, NEVER. The amendments, supposedly
Constitutional Amendments are found over in an entirely separate
document, that contract known as the Bill of Rights. The 2
documents are as separate as a framing contract is to a plumbing
contract, though both are found under the general contract. The
actual first amendment is what is known as the 13th amendment and
that one is even a fraud. If you study history at all and look
deeply into the record, you will find what is know if you do a
search engine review as “The Missing Thirteenth Amendment:” Again,
a misnomer.
Why is this important? That is the real question. It is
important because we have been taught that a simple word: amendment,
is equivalent to article. Why? Black’s Law, 6th edition defines
amendment: to change or modify for the better. To alter by
modification, deletion, or addition. If one looks at the history of
court rulings pertaining to our “Constitutional Rights”, you will
find something very interesting, every ruling looks through the 14th
amendment for its authority or decision. The reason, because the
“case”, as brought in the beginning, was brought in the wrong
jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of something that does not exist,
i.e., constitutional rights. Several years ago in a district court
in Idaho, a District Court Judge told me this in open court, “Mr.
Davis, if you mention your constitutional rights one more time in my
courtroom, I will put you in jail for contempt.” Ms. Schilling,
needless to say I have been on a mission ever since to find out why
that judge would say that and I believe this is the reason. She was
trying to tell me something. When Bob Schultz of We the People
brought his suit in federal court for his “Petition for Redress of
Grievance” under the 1st Amendment, the courts ruled: Every
American has the “right” to petition the government for redress of
grievances just as the 1st “amendment” says, however, nowhere is it
found that the government has to respond.” Is the court really that
intellectually dishonest? Do they mean to imply or state that the
founding fathers were stupid? Do they mean to imply that because
there is no EXPLICIT statement that the government has to reply or
respond that they don’t actually have to? That Ms. Schilling is
preposterous. However, under the “jurisdiction” that Mr. Schultz
brought his lawsuit, the 1st Amendment, the court ruled correctly
because they viewed it, in my opinion and belief, through the “lens”
of the 14th amendment, whereby we all are “born or
naturalized in the United States and Subject to the jurisdiction
thereof.” Therefore, we, as subjects, cannot question
the KING, the federal government or its subsidiary corporations, the
STATES. These are all fine points of law and one can argue that
words do or do not mean things, however, such is not the case as we
saw in the grand jury testimony of President Bill Clinton who
stated: “well sir, until you define the word is, I cannot answer
the question.” We all laughed and got a big hoot out of that, not
realizing that Mr. Clinton was absolutely correct. Not only is Mr.
Clinton an attorney, he is a brilliant man. He is practiced in the
art of genocide of our language as all attorneys and judges are.
When one looks up the definition in Black’s Law, 6th edition, Page
830, one finds the word: “Is: this word, although normally
referring to the present, often has a future meaning, but is not
synonymous with “shall have been.” it may have, however, a past
signification, as in the sense of “has been.” We find
that for once, Mr. Clinton was NOT lying. He could not answer the
question until the U.S. Attorney defined the word.
I write this to simply attempt to point out to our “leaders”
this, if you are going to lead, please, please, learn the English
language and stop the madness of playing into this game. Stop
taking for granted that what you and I have been taught is correct.
We all stand back and watch in amazement as Barack Obama takes over
corporations, bails out banks and other private entities, will not
answer the simplest of questions regarding his “constitutional”
authority and capability to hold office, etc., and we all ask this
question: how is this possible under the “constitution?” Well,
frankly I know the answer: it is called public policy. Public
policy sets aside the constitution. I know we don’t want to
acknowledge or hear that, but that is the fact. Roosevelt did the
deed in 1933 and the Supreme Court upheld his acts in the first 100
days in office. He set aside the constitutional provisions
regarding the “obligations of contract” and lawful money,
instituting what we learned in school as the “New Deal” of the
Roosevelt era. If we were taught like this, “Hey everyone, there is
a new deal now, here is what the new deal is, we would all be
differently informed and educated. When the ‘New Deal” is presented
and taught in the way that it is, it becomes just another “program”.
When in fact, it really is “the new deal.”
If Mr. Farah were to talk about the “Article the First” in his
speeches, he would be totally correct and we, as a people, would be
totally empowered once again. As long as we rely on something that
does not exist, we will continue to see our “rights” vanish before
our eyes. It is a very simple proposition: learn the language and
then act upon it. If you are going to assert your rights, do it
under the right contract with the right language. The law is exact,
it is us who are lazy, and our current political mess is a great
case in point.

I have always aspired to
inspire, seldom with much success. Today, my purpose is not a lot
different but it will take a different tone. As a young child, then
a young adult, a young man, father, and now a grandfather, I have
always held the IDEALS of my country sacred and inviolate. Today
those ideals are as falling stars, burning up in the atmosphere of
government bailouts, bank corruption, and rampant fraud. In
reality, the entire system we live in is a fraud. The oft spoken
rights and restrictions of the “Constitution” are no more than lip
service as no more than 1 or 2 politicians anywhere actually believe
and live/vote in that manner and regard. Face it folks, the
Constitution is dead, probably never to be revived, at least in our
lifetime and if not in our lifetime, NEVER, as there are hardly any
young people in America today, and certainly none in public school
who even have a clue as to individual responsibility, duty or
honor. We as a people, the sovereigns, have abdicated all too
willingly, our responsibility to govern ourselves, and thus, as
Teddy Roosevelt said, “we are certainly destined to be governed by
others from the outside.”
Last night, on HBO, I
watched with a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes, their latest
movie production: “Taking Chance”. The story of a 20-year young
marine from Wyoming killed in 2004 in Iraq. I cried as I followed
his last journey home to his friends and family, accompanied by a
senior officer, evidently an unusual event, played by Kevin Bacon.
Bacon’s title in this role was that of military honor guard escort.
Evidently another soldier, a role of highest honor, accompanies
every soldier killed in action home. I watched as the military
people in the morgue prepared with loving care, this young man’s
body for his journey home, they cried as they worked. I have no
idea how any person could possibly keep from losing his or her own
respective minds to do this over and over, every day. What a
special person that would take. As Mr. Bacon began his journey, one
watches as each person he encounters reacts to him, knows and
understands his mission, and the deep and abiding respect shown to
“Chance” as his remains are transferred and handled going home. The
only who, when presented with a senior marine officer, a colonel I
believe, in full dress regalia, highly decorated with all his metals
and ribbons, demanded the colonel get undressed, put Private Phelps
personal belongings, which by the way never left the personal
possession of the colonel, through the x-ray machine, take off his
shoes, etc., and finally, after the colonel refused, suffered the
indignity of being subjected to screening and a hand-wand. The only
way it could have been worse would have been for the TSA agent to
have-been from middle-eastern descent as many of them are. Another
perfect example of Government running amuck and we as a people
standing by, largely in fear, and allowing this to happen. The
psychological dissonance created by this picture in daily life, just
trying to get on an airplane or retrieve one’s bags, watching
grandmothers and small children being subjected to the indignities
of body searches, all in the name of safety and security, takes its
toll in the form of a mental checking out by a majority of
Americans, who, seeing no reason or remedy, make a conscious
decision to do nothing because nothing can be done.
This is the same type of
dissonance that began many years ago. Without recanting the last 50
years, just look at the highlights: The assassination of President
Kennedy (BY) Lee Harvey Oswald; The Great Society of Lyndon Johnson
– A program of social reform and welfare that was designed to fight
poverty, in fact, created just the opposite and an entire race of
people has suffered what can only be termed as no less than:
genocide; The incredible disaster of Richard Nixon’s presidency and
actions – the result being Watergate; The in-effective and
un-elected Presidency of Gerald Ford; The emasculated term of Jimmy
Carter, Iran hostages and 20% inflation; The era of Ronald Reagan,
saddled with George H. W. Bush, Iran-Contra, and an un-fathomable
increase in spending in the name of national defense; The first Bush
presidency and NO NEW TAXES, as well as “A NEW WORLD ORDER; then of
course 8 years of Bill Clinton, sex maniac and master of the
problem/solution technology, perjury, and my personal favorite, “I
don’t recall.” Presently, we have just rid ourselves of
Bush/Cheney, the warmongers of warmongers, the epitome and height of
in-competence, arrogance and intolerance. No greater example of
government corruption and cronyism than the actions of the
administration in the matter of Scooter Libby, Haliburton contracts,
and Black Water mercenaries. But, the real dissonance was the case
of the two Border Patrol agents who spent 2 years in prison, of
10-12 year sentences, for defending the border against a drug
smuggler and known criminal. In what can only be termed as one of
the most egregious acts in a miscarriage of justice, good and close
personal friend of George Bush, U.S. Attorney for the District of
Texas Johnny Sutton, prosecuted and had convicted these two agents
for doing their jobs. Mr. Sutton actually granted immunity to the
drug dealer to TESTIFY against the two border patrol agents. As one
of Bush’s last acts in office, he commuted the sentences of the two
agents, and soon they will be home. What an act of bravery on the
part of Mr. Bush.
Today, we now have
change in the form of Barrack Obama. The first months since the
election he has given us change, a re-worked Clinton
administration. Some change. He has immediately picked up the
check book left by Bush and with the assistance of Nancy Pelosi and
Harry Reid, continued the incredible creation of money began by Bush
and former Goldman-Sachs CEO, Henry Paulson. We are supposed to pay
our taxes, but not the new Secretary of the Treasury, no, he made an
honest mistake and we must have him because he is the “only man
alive” who understands the policies begun by Bush and Paulson.
Change we can believe in.
It is no wonder we are
confused in this country. On one hand we grow up believing and
living a certain way, especially out here in “fly-over” country, you
know, us real Americans. On the other hand, we see a government out
of control and broken, nothing government does makes sense. In
fact, government everyday literally attacks Americans with supposed
laws, rules and regulations. Now, as people around the country
continue to decipher and understand the system, specifically the IRS
code, the system goes on the attack against those who operate the
system as it was created. Good people, people who have never been
in trouble, never intended to be in any trouble, people who have
only wanted to live, work, and pay their bills in a society that
seemingly does everything it can do to prevent just that. Even here
in my home, in the last 2 weeks, my wife has come to me twice with
the latest from the credit card companies. It seems that they are
raising our interest rates to almost double what they were,
unilaterally, even though we are never late on our payments, have
not a lot of debt carry, and oh, by the way, if we do not consent,
pay the bill in full and cancel the card. Who do I sue? Where do I
get remedy and relief from this situation?
I have written enough
for today, all this started with a movie, a tear, a lump in my
throat as I contemplated a young man’s life, snuffed out in some
foreign land for the greed of multi-national corporations. The
actions of a government run amuck, clothed in the flag, and given
the illusion of righteousness. This young man went and died for
ideals that in reality, DO NOT EXIST. This is the real immorality
of this government, the illusion of right, when in fact, nothing
could be further from the truth. Anytime anyone gets close to the
truth, they are persecuted, reviled, put in prison, or murdered by
the Police State that we now live in, according to the cover of the
March edition of Newsweek magazine. God help us, if it is still ok
to call on HIS Name, and God be with the family of Private 1st
Class Chase Phelps and all of the other thousands of soldiers who
have given their lives for the illusion. May the God of Peace be
upon each and everyone of us, may we humble ourselves, pray and seek
HIS face, that our nation may be saved and may we serve the God of
our fathers and forefathers, who did not serve or create an
illusion.

Happy New Year
Well
another year has come and gone and my blogging skills are not
improving. All of these ideas sound so good, I can just take a few
minutes each day and make some comment or ideological analysis on
events of the day. Right, in fact, the time that one actually takes
to comment on whatever is happening takes so much time and effort to
properly structure one’s comments or thoughts that I find myself
just passing on the opportunity. My apologies.
So much
has taken place this year that one finds it difficult to even decide
where to begin. We have a new president, we are almost rid of the
Bush/Cheney debacle and are set for a potentially even more
destructive administration as far as our rights and American
ideology of freedom goes. In fact, what is the meaning of American
ideology?
What I/we were
taught in school about America is certainly NOT TRUE. One has only
to watch the judicial process in this country to know that something
is terribly wrong. But, that being said, what if anything do we do,
or what CAN we do? The common theme is to vote, however, those of
us who study at all find that a voter is a mere subject. Do you
want to be a subject for the privilege of being able to say that you
did your part to make change? No thank you for me. I will try to
affect change in my own way. That way is one man, woman, or child
at a time. Not very timely usually, things happen way to fast, but,
nonetheless, there go I.
Reality
is folks, we are in dark times. We have a “government” that is
absolutely out of control. This government is simply put, a
surrogate of the banks. The banks now have a gun to the head of the
people of this country and are just waiting to pull the trigger.
What do you think the banks are waiting for? If one studies the
history of the monetary policy in this country, one will find that
we are in the position that America found itself in 1828-1836,
during the administration of Andrew Jackson. We are also in the
period of history known as the Great Depression of the late 1920’s
and 1930’s. Study both of these times and take a look at the
cause/effect and the results therefrom. Nothing good for the people
I can assure you. But alas, we never learn from history, we are
always just destined to repeat it. Or so it seems.
The
election proved another long suspected concept, all politicians are
corrupt except “our” politician. The legacy of the last 100 years
in our political “leadership” will be looked upon in history as an
unmitigated disaster surpassed only by the apathy and ignorance of
the American people who allowed it to happen in the name of
expediency and laziness. Who is it among us that will step up to
the plate and do what needs to be done? Who is it among us that
will call the so-called church in America the problem? Who is it
among us that will stand and be counted at the local level, that
will stand against the onslaught of unmitigated evil and
corruption? The scripture states that in the last days men will
call evil good and good evil. Is that not the exact state of
affairs we live in at this moment? Regardless of one’s political
leanings, is not the absolute degrading of Sarah Palin and her
family for their belief system a prime example of this? If the
media in this country examined our new “president-elect” and his
dealings with Chicago politics with the same fervor and zeal that
they attacked a God-fearing woman, mother, and her family, Mr. Obama
would not even have a chance of taking office. But, such is the
state of affairs we are in.
Ten
years ago I embarked on a journey of faith, having been privileged
to have my prayers answered and to have been given the Truth
regarding our system as we now have it. I have made mistakes, I
have failed miserably at times in trying to help or explain to
others how this system works and why. I have watched with
heart-ache and heart-break as the system chews people up and
destroys their lives. I have also seen and been a part of amazing
successes and changed lives. I believe that we are now on the edge,
in fact over the edge of the solution. I believe that the process
known as 1099 OID is th remedy. The amazing part is that it has
been there all along. It seems we have to go through all of these
other things to finally learn to really look and understand what is
given to us. The only difference between today and 10 years ago is
this: 10 years ago we were asking for the 1099 OID and INT, today,
upon refusal of the same to be provided, we are furnishing the
documents for settlement and closure of the stated accounts.
Remedy, Redemption, Salvation, and all in the nick of time.
Happy
New Year to one an all, we are We the People, lets start to act like
it. I hope to see you on the lecture circuit.

I have been following
a story out of our neighboring state, Utah. It seems that Utah, or
at least a judge in Utah, has decided that a mother who has chosen
to home school her 5 children for the last 9 years, is now facing
jail, 6 months on each count, for failing to enroll her children in
public school. She felt so threatened that immediately after the
court hearing she enrolled her 2 older children in the local high
school. Later, in fact, that night, she and her children, under
cover of darkness, gathered their immediate necessities, leaving
their beds and furniture behind, and left the STATE OF UTAH for
parts unknown, all of this in America folks. If this does not leave
one’s blood running cold, I would question one’s pulse. The very
thought that we in this country have allowed “our government” to
devolve downward to this point is frightening beyond belief.
In 1999 I learned
about Redemption and Acceptance for Value. In that process I
learned about filing a UCC-1 financing statement and the importance
of filing a claim. The first thing I did in that process of
learning that year was to file that same UCC-1 and list not only my
STRAWMAN, but also my wife, and each of my 6 children. That filing
remains in place today. It is my belief and contention that this
action allows me to defend my family against such actions of a STATE
run amuck. The STATE is claiming, without saying so directly, that
they own our children and they can control everything about their
lives right down to what happens in their daily education and
functions. Of course, my position about this is very simple, it is
the marriage LICENSE that all of this emanates from. This document
constitutes a contract with the STATE, thus granting control and a
“claim” in everything that then happens in that now commercial joint
venture. Divorce, child support, alimony, control of even the
“visitational” rights of us as parents over what we believe is our
own affairs should be a wake-up call for each of us.
This mother, who has
had the temerity and tenacity to actually take responsibility for
teaching her children in what she has obviously felt is a superior
and necessary way, is now on the run from the “LAW”. I only wish I
could find out where she is, then I could send her some support in
an effort to help her, not only in this time of Christmas, but in
her efforts to provide for her children above and beyond the
“normal” actions and practices of most of us in America. God Bless
and Protect Denise Mafi and her 6 children.

On a personal

Regarding the bonding process...
as SK teaches...
if this program is capable of creating a debt free life...if applied correctly...
and with this process a person could purchase property.. and foreclose properties, extinguish court judgments, extract people from incarceration...etc., etc.,
as SK states this process can be applied to many situations...creativity....
have you personally applied these principles..?, and if you have.. why are you
charging a high price for the information? Granted it's not as high as I've seen others charging, but..
would you accept a bonded promissory note as payment?
if not, why..?
Answer:
Mr. T, Thank you for your
questions, they are very good questions. In regards to the
"bonding process" as it is referred to, I have NOT personally
applied the bonds or the bonded promissory notes to anything in my
life. This is the reason that I do NOT tell others to do so.
Myself, being one of the first people to come out in the country
back in 1999 and teach these principals, understand the process
thoroughly. I understand everything about it. The real
question is: Do you understand it? Do you understand the
reasons that the process can be used and why? That is the
basic crux of the matter. Everyone is looking for that magic
piece of paper that makes all their dreams come true, hence your
question or comment about purchasing property, foreclosures, etc.
I was involved in all of that and several of my close friends went
to federal prison for some of these things, and the federal
government tried to put me there. I do NOT teach process.
I want you to know that I totally agree with the principle process
that SK teaches. He is fundamentally correct. So were we
back in 1999. It is a very good question: Have I
personally applied these principles?" That is the exact
question that everyone who gets involved with any of these things
should be asking of those who are supposedly teaching about these
things. People tend to grab onto the next great new thing,
never really understanding the fundamentals behind the process.
As to my charging a high
price, that is, with all due respect, absurd. $75 a day, for 8
or 9 hours each day, that renders down to about 9 dollars an hour,
for an understanding that I have worked for day and night since
March of 1999 and the 10 years previous to that to understand what I
understand, is a pittance to what I and others before me and with me
paid to enable me to go out and warn folks to understand what they
are doing. To teach others what I learned without any real
guidance and understanding, without now having to go through the
"trial and error," although there is still much "trial and error,"
is a real value to those who are interested.
Will I take a promissory
note? I have thought about that a lot. If you understand
promissory notes, you know that the note is what is known as
"original issue". I am not licensed to handle your original
issue, the bank is. In a barter system, i would absolutely
take your note, because I could trade with it. Until we as a
group, movement, or whatever you want to call it, agree to develop a
system or method of trade between us that is fair and equitable..
So, that being said, I do not take promissory notes. I have to
buy groceries, gas, etc. just like you do. I trust that this
is an explanation that you were looking for. I again thank you
for your questions; they were very good, and appropriate that you
asked.

Well I have not been doing
this for awhile, too much to do I guess. I have just returned from
the seminar in Mobile, Alabama over the weekend. It was the first
seminar I have done since Colorado Springs, Colorado sometime in the
fall of 2003. I really enjoyed being back in "seminar" mode. The
group, while small, was very receptive, interactive, and seemed very
happy to be involved.
I was disappointed in only
one aspect of the meeting. My technology apparatus was very
deficient, in spite of my best efforts to record and make a
presentation at the same time, my computer would not co-operate. It
seems that I need more ram/memory in my computer. I tested and
re-tested my sound system which worked very well after all of these
years of non-use, and my new power-point presentation was pretty
well done for my first effort at such a tool. However, when I began
to make the presentation and record the meeting, my computer froze
as I started the power-point part of the program. After several
attempts to make it work, I regretfully just turned off the sound
system in record mode and made the presentation.
I sincerely apologize to
those of you who were counting on the ability to download and listen
to the presentation. We are making the appropriate corrections and
will be better prepared in the future. I want to thank everyone who
attended the meeting, I very much appreciate your participation and
attentiveness. Thanks to Judy for setting up the meeting and also
helping me with some of these technical issues.
Just for a point of
information as to upcoming events, I will be speaking in Las Vegas
at the semi-monthly meeting of the Sovereign Peoples Court. The
dates are the 17th and 18th, a Saturday and Sunday, of November. We
are going to tape and record this event in part, and we are also
going to re-activate our "MOOT" Court program where we review,
critique, and teach folks about the court process. This is
something that we did several years ago and is a great education and
confidence building tool. We utilize a court "set" that is
constructed to be as real as we can make it in our effort to make
the court room experience as accurate as possible. Check on the
"LINKS" segment of the website to find out more about the Sovereign
Peoples Court and our monthly meeting. If you can attend, let Sami
know and she will help you however she can. We have a great time
and a great group there.

This is my first ever attempt at "blogging". I am
certainly not sure of the genesis of blogging, nor how it came to have the name:
blog. However, as it seems fashionable to do, and the seemingly preferred
way of communication, I will join in the fray.
I have given much thought
to this concept of communication and have often wondered the best approach or
topical editorials. Much is made today of the different blogs with
political views and we certainly know that all things political are beaten to
death so to speak. However, are there any political or commentary views
made with common sense?
Common sense would seem to tell us, for instance,
that a 26 year old female with all the money in the world and anything she
wanted at her beckon call would know the difference between driving while
suspended and not driving while suspended. Then, common sense would seem
to tell us that if she did not know the difference then the consequences of
being "caught" would be a ticket, court, and then the appropriate punishment
just like everyone else. However, even as these stupid events have
transpired, something of even more consequence has come out of the situation
that we should all sit up and take notice of.
When Ms. Hilton was released
last week, then the following day taken back into physical custody, her
attorneys raced down to the courtroom to file a HABEAS CORPUS! You know,
produce the body and the claim to hold the body. As I was watching MSNBC
and all of the commentary, this was brought out that her attorneys were
maneuvering to file this habeas corpus. One of the legal commentators
began laughing and made the comment that "her attorneys must not follow the news
because President Bush had suspended the right of habeas corpus over a year ago.
What judicial system were they working in?"
Now, here is something
we can work with and cut to the chase. Does anyone following this fiasco
realize what has been said and done? Not even the illustrious Paris Hilton
can avail herself, with all her money and legal assets, of the Writ of Habeas
Corpus!! If this does not make one sit up and take notice, what will?
Believe me, if we do not forget all this petty crap from the ongoing docu-saga
of Anna Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, and now Paris Hilton and begin to pay
attention and make our voices heard, soon we will not have any voice in
anything. I do NOT mean voting, I mean action.
The so-called
Congress is nothing but a collective of hot air bags with absolutely no
substance or purpose other than to work on being continuously re-elected.
What purpose do they serve? None that I can see. When one's sole
purpose is to line one's pockets with power and privilege at the expense of the
country and everyone in it, it is time for wholesale change. I would dare
say that if any of these individuals were to have one of their family members in
the situation that Ms. Hilton finds herself, a very long look at the famous Writ
would perhaps have a different outcome and circumstance.
It is time to once again pull out and dust off the "DECLARATION OF
INDEPENDENCE" and act accordingly. So let it be written . . . . . .
